The College Was Established in the year 2008 and is the brightest jewel in the crown of Rao Mool Chand Shiksha Samiti (khatoti khurd). It is located on the east side of the city narnaul, Just 7km on Narnaul to Singhan Road, in the natural Habitat village khatoti khurd(Narnaul).
The College is Running B.Ed and D.El.Ed (Regular) Two Years Course Successfully. The College Approved by N.C.T.E andAffiliated to IGU (Meerpur) Rewari (Haryana). The College Fullfill all the requriments N.C.T.E Regulations 2014
